What currency are the prices in?

All prices are in USD (US dollars).

When will my order ship?

Transit times depend on numerous variables such as your location, the season and the shipping method. With COVID-19 delays, the following are rough estimates for your reference:

♥ Domestic Canadian Orders ... 1-14 business days

♥ Untracked U.S. Orders ... 8-25 business days

♥ International Orders ... 1-8 weeks (heavily depends on your country)

Regular order process time is 3-7 business days. Processing during holidays, new releases, promotions, and sales is extended to 7-10 days. Shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Orders placed after 3 pm Mountain time on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. I will make my best efforts to combine shipping when time avails, but it is not guaranteed as I want to get orders processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Please check your shipping address before checking out as I am not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of resending the order.

I ship internationally. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. I am not responsible for individual taxes or custom fees required for your country. Returned international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. I reserve the right to cancel any orders at any time. During holidays, new releases, promotions, and sales order cancellations will not be issued.

What if my order is defective/damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me via the Contact Us button at the bottom of the homepage within 14 days of delivery. Pictures and details about the order are helpful and may be required to resolve the issue.

Can I return my order/get a refund?

All sales are final. If your order is incorrect or damaged/defective, I will send you a replacement after the above steps by the customer are taken. If the product is no longer available, credit to my shop in the amount paid will be issued. I do not require returns before resending products.

What happens if my package is lost/stolen?

I am not responsible for lost/stolen items or packages marked delivered after being picked up by or dropped off at the post office. Please contact your postal carrier and/or the shipping services used.

I have not yet received my order; what do I do?

Please firstly refer to the transit time estimates in the above question and calculate the transit window for your order from the date of shipment. If your order does not arrive within the transit window, please send an email to hello@shopkarynalovestoplan.com with your order number and we will assist you the best we can.

Oops Sticker Sheets and Imperfect Items

Stickers and products that do not pass quality control may be sold in Oops bundles. These bundles will be marked down to account for the imperfections and are final sale. Purchase these items at your own risk. Imperfections can be anywhere on the item and include but are not limited to: sticker miscuts, imperfect colors/printing, etc.
